  • Facilitate event logistics (badges, session planning, etc.)
  • Send updates, reminders, and post-event follow-up messages
  • Compile attendance reports for internal use or accrediting agencies
  • Connect attendees with approved vendors, exhibitors, or sponsors (only with your consent)

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

AEMTA does not sell personal data. We may share limited attendee data (e.g., name and organization) with:

  • Approved conference sponsors or exhibitors, only if you opt in
  • Event platform providers or vendors supporting conference logistics (who are contractually bound to protect your information)

4. Photography and Media

By attending the conference, you acknowledge that photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event. These may be used in AEMTA promotional materials, publications, or online platforms. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the registration desk upon arrival.

 5. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect your information. This includes encryption of payment data, secure servers, and limited access to sensitive information.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access or correct your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications
  • Request removal of your data from our conference systems (except where retention is required for certification or recordkeeping)
