Welcome to the Sponsorship Portal. Below, you can explore the available sponsorship packages. If you’re interested in booking a package, please click the ‘Create New Account’ button to set up your account.  You will be directed to enter your email address and create a password.  Once you have done that, it will ask you to enter your contact information to complete your account set up.  After creating your account, you will then be directed to select your preferred level of sponsorship or fund you wish to purchase or donate to.  After selecting your sponsorship or fund, click on the "Click here to enter dollar amount" next to the Sponsorship/Donation Amount box to enter the dollar amount you wish to sponsor or donate in the pop-up box.

If you already have an account and would like to view or modify your booking, simply sign in using your email address and password. 

During the registration process, if you wish to purchase multiple sponsorships (e.g., Star of Life and Meet and Greet), make a donation to one of the scholarship or benevolence funds, you will need to complete each purchase individually by clicking on "New Sponsorship" for each item and complete the needed information for each. Once all items are purchased, they will appear on your "Purchased Sponsorship" tab page and on your invoice.

     1.   Star of Life Sponsorship   $1,501 and above

                  - Advertisement through the conference platform 

                - 4 Banquet Tickets 

                - 2 Complimentary conference registrations

                - 1 Reserved table for 10 at the Banquet 

     2.  Gold Sponsorship   $751 - $1,500

                  - Advertisement through the conference platform

                - 2 Banquet tickets 

                - 1 Complimentary conference registration

     3.  Silver Sponsorship   $501 - $750

                   - Advertisement through the conference platform

                 - 1 Banquet ticket 

                 - 75% off of one conference registration

     4.  Bronze Sponsorship    $251 - $500

                    - Advertisement through the conference platform

                  - 50% off of one conference registration

     5.  Meet and Greet Sponsorship   $100 and above

                  - Company logo on the "Meet and Greet" banner 

    6.  Donate to the Arkansas EMS Foundation Scholarship Fund - any monetary donation

    7.  Donate to the Wannell Bradshaw Benevolence Fund - any monetary donation 

If you'd like to order banquet tickets, you can do so during the registration process by clicking on the "Purchase" button next to "Banquet Items".

Star of Life Sponsors, if you need an extra banquet table, you can order one during the registration process by clicking on the "Purchase" button next to "Banquet Items".  This is only for Star of Life Sponsors. Table limit is one per sponsorship registration.
